Reporting to the Staging Supervisor, the role is pivotal in delivering high quality, well engineered AV/VC/UC projects to a diverse client base.

  • Take ownership of the pre staging process for assigned projects
  • Complete and maintain pre staging documentation, including AVIT schedules
  • Produce accurate "As Built" AVIT documentation to support project delivery, alongside associated documentation such as schematics and rack elevations
  • Support peer reviews of design documentation in collaboration with delivery teams before pre staging commences
  • Host witness tests and factory acceptance tests (FATs) for clients and consultants to validate system architecture prior to site deployment
  • Manage the RMA process using internal systems, including handling DOA equipment identified during pre staging
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to staging facilities, workflows, and commissioning processes
  • Assist with on site commissioning activities when required
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant manufacturer product ranges and ensure competency in system setup, configuration, and associated standards
Requirements
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to meet deadlines and support successful project delivery
  • Strong working knowledge of AV/VC/UC systems and third party manufacturer technologies
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance
  • Motivation to pursue continuous professional development and training
  • A professional and courteous manner when interacting with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
  • A consistently professional personal appearance
  • Reliable timekeeping, including punctuality for office and site based work
