Job Description
Job Title: Audio Sales Executive
Location: Rochdale
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for responding to inbound enquiries, developing new business, and managing client accounts from first contact to closing sales - selling a wide range of premium pro audio products into the live events sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries from the website and inbound calls.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Upselling where possible to maximise revenue.
- Provide technical advice to clients on audio, video, and lighting products.
- Attend face to face meetings with clients and conduct engaging product demonstrations.
- Attend relevant industry events.
- Ensure that payment terms and conditions are effectively communicated to customers.
- Liaise with logistics team to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
- Maintaining up to date information on the CRM system.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales experience in AV, audio, or entertainment lighting would be highly beneficial.
- Understanding of pro audio equipment (mixing desks, speakers, amplifiers microphones, etc.).
- Knowledge of the live production market.
- Confident in picking up the phone and hunting new business opportunities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Package:
- Salary of £40,000 - £55,000 DOE
