Audience Growth & Engagement Lead

Rambert is seeking an ambitious Head of Audiences to shape how people discover, experience and stay connected with the company across touring, Rambert Plus, and Participation and Community programmes.

You will lead audience development, drive engagement and growth, and ensure Rambert remains a single connected organisation by working closely with the Director of Audiences and key venues. You'll build a high performing team and develop data driven insights for audiences.
