Attractions Duty Manager - Guest Experience & Safety

Canal & River Trust in Ellesmere Port is seeking an experienced Operational Supervisor (Duty Manager) to oversee the National Waterways Museum site. You will lead a team to deliver safe, welcoming visitor experiences, drive revenue, and ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and maintenance.

You will manage staff and volunteers, implement safety procedures, and coordinate across attractions, retail, catering or events to meet targets and budgets.
