Attendance Welfare Lead - Drive Student Success

The David Ross Education Trust seeks an Attendance Officer to secure improved pupil attendance across our academies. You will work with pupils, families and external agencies, conducting welfare checks, home visits and meetings to drive sustained attendance improvements.

You will liaise with pastoral teams, SENCOs and HOHs to understand each pupil's needs and set targeted actions. The role emphasizes early intervention and data-driven support.
