Attendance & Welfare Liaison Officer (Term Time)

Ormiston Shelfield Community Academy is seeking an Attendance Assistant to promote good attendance, support vulnerable pupils and families, and work under the Attendance Officer. The role focuses on home visits and welfare checks to remove barriers to school attendance and safeguard pupils.

The successful candidate will be a key link between the academy and families, contributing to a culture where attendance is prioritised and every child remains engaged and safe. The post is term time only.
