Attendance & Pastoral Lead - Part-Time School Support

Delves Lane Primary School in Consett, Durham, is seeking a part-time Attendance and Pastoral Lead to support attendance and pastoral welfare. The role involves data analysis, family liaison, home visits, and running drop-in sessions for parents and carers. You will work with Early Help and safeguarding as a key part of supporting pupils and families.

The appointment is fixed-term for 1 year (start asap) with a pro rata salary of £31,015 and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
