Attendance & Family Engagement Officer

Ormiston Shelfield Community Academy is seeking an Attendance Assistant to promote good attendance, reduce persistent absence, and support vulnerable pupils and families. You will work under the Attendance Officer to build relationships with families and help remove barriers to attendance.

The role focuses on home visits, welfare checks, and acting as the key link between the academy and families to ensure every child is safe, engaged, and able to access education regularly.
