Are you an experienced Atlassian Consultant ready to take the lead?

This role blends hands-on expertise, strategic advisory, and ideally team leadership . You'll design and optimise Atlassian environments, guide clients at a senior level, and mentor the next generation of consultants.

What You'll Do

• Lead Atlassian projects (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management).

• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring solutions create value.

• Mentor and develop consultants, from onboarding to performance growth.

• Escalation point for complex issues, ensuring quality deliverables.

• Contribute to pre-sales (SoW reviews, tailored demos).

• Represent the company at Atlassian-related events.

What You Bring

• 3+ years' experience with Atlassian products (consulting, support, or admin).

• Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace, REST API integrations, ITSM, Agile (Scrum/Kanban).

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent experience.

• Leadership and mentoring skills.

• Fluent in German & English (French a plus).
