Job Description

The King's School in Canterbury is seeking a Head of Athletic Development to oversee a prestigious sports programme. This role involves developing effective training pathways that enhance students' performance and wellbeing across various sports.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in strength and conditioning, and sports science, and be capable of leading high-quality training focused on speed, agility, and injury reduction. A degree and UKSCA accreditation or equivalent are required.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary starting at £40,000, commensurate with experience.
