Associate/Senior Associate, Product Management & Investor Relations - Infrastructure & Real Assets

Role Overview

StepStone Group, a global private markets specialist delivering tailored investment solutions and advisory services, is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate for its Infrastructure & Real Assets Product Management team in London. The role supports StepStone's infrastructure and real assets platform, which invests in co-investment, secondary, and primary infrastructure and real asset transactions globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior specialists across the entire fund lifecycle - from fund launches and capital formation to ongoing investor relations activities
• Help create new investor-facing content and respond to investor requests
• Support investor roadshows and events, with periodic interactions with limited partners and prospective investors
• Maintain client service protocols to provide a high-quality, consistent investor experience
• Compile and write content for investor communications and internal/external speaking points
• Create and maintain marketing materials, including presentations, fact cards, PPMs, and investor updates for private investment fundraises
• Prepare and manage investor requests, including RFPs and DDQs, collaborating with internal groups as needed
