About the Job

Samvad Partners is looking to add talented Associates / Senior Associates to their Dispute Resolution practice in Mumbai and Bengaluru. Their Disputes team advises leading domestic and international clients across a wide range of contentious matters - including commercial, regulatory, and corporate litigation, arbitration (domestic & international), and white-collar and insolvency-related disputes.

Eligibility

• Have 4+ years of post-qualification experience in litigation and/or arbitration
• Possess strong legal drafting and research skills
• Are confident in handling client interactions and court appearances
• Thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment
