Job Description
Senior Project Manager / Associate Director - Project Operations & Center of Excellence

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Associate Director to drive operational excellence across our project delivery teams. This role will focus on developing scalable delivery frameworks, standardising project methodologies, improving governance, and embedding best practice across complex client programmes. Working closely with senior leadership, you will identify opportunities to improve how projects are planned, managed and delivered, creating repeatable processes and operational playbooks that enhance consistency, quality and commercial performance.

This is an opportunity to support one of CBRE's top 5 clients, and one of our largest global client accounts, in a fast-paced international setting of 1,300 employees globally. Sitting within a 50-strong PMO, you will play a key role in supporting delivery across a USD 300-400 million per annum capital programme. Because of the global footprint of the account, the role requires someone who is adaptable, flexible, and confident managing stakeholders across multiple time zones, from APAC through to the Americas. It's a high-profile role with real scale, complexity, and visibility, made even better by reporting into a highly supportive and well-regarded line manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project delivery playbooks, SOPs and operational frameworks.
  • Create standardised project management methodologies across multiple programmes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery.
  • Review existing delivery processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
  • Establish governance structures, reporting standards and quality assurance processes.
  • Support mobilisation of new client accounts and major programmes.
  • Mentor and coach Project Managers on delivery best practices.
  • Work alongside Directors to improve operational performance across the business.
  • Produce templates, guidance documents and knowledge-sharing materials.
  • Lead lessons learned workshops and ensure best practices are embedded.
  • Monitor KPIs, project health and operational metrics.
  • Support strategic planning and organisational change initiatives.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
