Role

As an Associate Executive in the Trading Operations Team, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the biggest products across UKI Trading. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the Sportsbook and Exchange products for our three UKI brands, covering market creation right through to issue resolution. You will make high quality real time decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance, drive operational excellence, and foster a customer obsessed culture. Your work will span product verticals and provide exposure to all Flutter's key products.

Key Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Offer markets that customers want, ensuring we remain their first choice.
• Actively seek new ideas and collaborate with colleagues to deliver an innovative betting experience to over one million customers.
• Act as a critical and solution oriented problem solver, continuously improving the customer experience.
• Collaborate across departments - Tech, Trading, Commercial, Customer Service, Product, Liquidity and Premium - to drive operational improvements.
• Take end to end ownership of the operational area, spanning market creation, live management, settlement, post settlement issue resolution and retrospective reporting & analysis.
• Balance education commitments if in full time study; provide flexible support while acknowledging evening and weekend work requirements.
