Associate R&D Manager, Orthopaedic Instruments

Stryker Ireland in Cork is seeking an Associate R&D Manager to lead a multifunctional engineering team developing Orthopaedic instruments for our Orthopaedic Instruments and Mako Robotic product lines. You will help shape 5-10 year portfolio plans in collaboration with marketing and mentor cross-functional staff.

Responsibilities include leading projects, driving budget and staffing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in a dynamic medical device environment.
