Associate Quality Manager About Your New Job

As the Associate Quality Manager, you will:

• Lead and supervise the Quality Engineering & Quality Technician team, fostering a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement.
• Oversee quality activities within the electronic manufacturing division, ensuring the highest product standards are consistently achieved.
• Collaborate closely with Production and Process Development teams to introduce new products and processes, while helping shape operational strategy for the unit.
• Drive process improvement and preventive quality initiatives, leveraging robust problem solving methods and data analysis to prevent and reduce defects.
• Direct and document investigations into non conformances, both internal and external, and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
• Maintain regulatory compliance across all assigned projects by utilizing industry standard quality tools and processes.
• Develop and/or review critical documentation, including Process Qualifications, Test Method Validations, Gage R&R's, Process Capability studies, and production control plans.

What Skills You Need

• Honours degree (NFQ Level 8) in Engineering, Quality, or Science.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a regulated industry, such as medical devices or life sciences.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication and team building skills.
• Proven project management expertise, with a strong record for delivering projects on schedule and within quality and budget targets.
• Experience or formal training in problem solving and process improvement methodologies.
