Job Description

BBI exists to help our customers create advances that improve health and save lives. We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position. Join our team: advancing health, together.

The Role

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing core Product Management processes and technical systems, curation of customer-facing print and digital collateral, and maintenance of standard and customer specific price books. The Associate Product Manager will also support technical query resolution, product content development and portfolio project delivery.

In this role your responsibilities will include:
  • Manage and where necessary coordinate the development of core Product Management processes across the Product Lifecycle, including but not limited to Product Obsolescence, NPI Triage and runway specific SOPs, Price Book management, Market Intelligence and Insight mapping.
  • Management of Product Master data, including process development for updates and integration with organisational CRM or ERP systems, eCommerce and Website.
  • Coordinate development and management of Portfolio training packs for internal functions and associated internal facing collateral.
  • Dedicated Product Management lead for Website and eCommerce content management and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate technical query or quality issue response in collaboration with Product Management portfolio leads.
You should apply if:
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Experience in the biotechnology or relevant industry is preferred.
  • Technical background and strong understanding of recombinant protein development and/or production would be beneficial.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects through cross functional teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferable.
