Job Description- Advise clients on private equity transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documentation related to private equity deals.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for transactions.
- Provide legal support and guidance to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve client objectives effectively.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic legal advice.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting private equity transactions.
- Support business development initiatives by contributing to legal strategies and client presentations.

The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate should have:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission in good standing in Massachusetts.
- 3-5 years' experience advising private equity clients on transactions within a major law firm.
- Strong background representing private equity sponsors and strategic investors.
- Deep understanding of corporate governance and securities compliance.
- Skilled in drafting, negotiating, and legal analysis.
- Comfortable working with legal AI tools to manage corporate transactions efficiently.
- Able to self manage, prioritize, and operate effectively under tight timelines.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $260000 to $365000 USD annually, based on JD year and other factors.
