Associate, Private Credit Investing

Invesco is looking for an Associate in Private Credit to join their Bank Loans team in London. This role offers a chance to work on senior secured loans and high-yield bonds while developing your analytical skills. You'll be involved in credit analysis, portfolio construction, and market interactions, all within a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and prepare credit theses for new investments.
• Produce detailed credit proposals and present to the Investment Committee.
• Monitor and assess financial performance of investments.
• Engage with management and market participants for due diligence.
• Identify investment opportunities and make recommendations.
• Assist in restructuring distressed positions.

What You Need

• Experience in credit, leveraged finance, or corporate finance.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Bachelor's degree required; CFA qualification is a plus.
• Ability to analyze financial data and create models.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
