Associate or Senior Associate, Real Estate Disputes, 5+ PQE

A national commercial law firm with a broad disputes and commercial practice.

The role

You will run your own caseload of commercial property disputes for investors, developers, retailers, hotel and leisure operators and corporate occupiers. Work includes contested lease renewals, lease interpretation and enforcement, possession and injunctions, tenant insolvency, joint venture and development agreement disputes, restrictive covenants, rights of way, adverse possession and land registration disputes. You will supervise junior lawyers and help win work.

What you will need

5+ years PQE with a solid grounding in real estate litigation and a clear feel for clients' commercial drivers. You should have experience running complex matters and supervising others.
