Job Description
Position Summary

New London Christian Church is seeking a Associate Minister of Adult Ministries, who is spiritually mature and relational leader to oversee and grow our adult ministries. This individual will provide vision, leadership, and care for adult discipleship by creating environments where people can deepen their relationship with Christ, build authentic community, and actively live out their faith.

The Associate Minister Will
  • Champion small groups,
  • Champion ministry teams, and
  • Other connection points that help adults engage in meaningful spiritual growth.
This Role also Includes
  • Investing in and developing volunteer leaders,
  • Offering pastoral care, and
  • Helping individuals take next steps in their faith journey.
The ideal candidate Is

  • A shepherd at heart who is passionate about helping people grow in both faith and community.
Qualifications
  • Preferred but not restricted to at least 2 years of Bible college education and
  • At least 2 years of ministry experience.
