Associate Mechanical Engineer - Industrial Mechanics

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Industry Business Unit by recruiting an Associate Mechanical Engineer for the Industrial Mechanics division, based at our Porto office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and design of Engineering projects (Structural and/or Fluid Mechanics and Energy) in the industrial sector
• Ensure the execution of projects within established deadlines
• Develop tools and work methodologies to improve outcomes and productivity
• Stay up to date with developments, trends, best practices, and technical solutions in your area of expertise

Profile:

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on Fluid Mechanics and Energy
• Proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
• 3 years of professional experience in the development of Industrial Mechanical projects
• Experience in renewable hydrogen, biomethane/biogas, or piping/equipment is a plus
• Knowledge of software tools such as Excel or Caesar II (preferred); ANSYS (valued)
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, proactivity, and eagerness to learn
