Associate - Commercial Litigation / Arbitration (3-5 PQE) About the Firm

The practice advises on matters with international, sovereign, and commercial dimensions across a range of sectors, often involving high value claims and strategic resolution.

The Role

You will join a dynamic and growing arbitration and disputes team, working on sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional cases often linked to sovereign states and energy sector clients. In this role, you will manage key workstreams, draft submissions, and attend hearings on significant arbitration and litigation matters. Expect exposure to international commercial arbitration, investor state disputes, and proceedings in support of arbitration in the English courts, under rules including ICC, LCIA, and LMAA.

What They're Looking For

• Solicitor with 3-5 years' post qualification experience
• Strong experience in commercial arbitration and public international law issues
• Excellent drafting and analytical ability, including handling disclosure
• Ability to manage matters autonomously and work to tight deadlines
• Engagement in business development initiatives and client relationship building
• Desirable: experience with investor State disputes and sovereign or state owned entity matters
