Associate, Energy Transition Project Finance & M&A Advisory

Green Giraffe is seeking an Associate in London to lead the financial modelling, valuations, and cash flow analyses for renewable energy projects. You will support debt raising and M&A transactions from origination through execution, while preparing materials for clients and investors and coordinating due diligence with cross-disciplinary teams.
