Responsibilities
  • As an SEO practitioner you'll help to shape and oversee delivery of work for clients. You will help to define the objectives of the work, and measure the success/impact, in line with overall SEO objectives and wider client-centric KPIs, actively managing the workload of the delivery team to enable this. You will also generate and promote innovative new concepts to clients applying our test and learn approach and share successes across the practice.
  • Using your practice knowledge you will create & deliver highly successful SEO strategies, prioritising high-value work based on data & client business goals.
  • You'll develop and implement SEO guidelines and processes.
  • You'll actively contribute to developing the SEO practice roadmap so that our offering is continually developing.
  • You'll lead on some of our larger accounts, forging strong relationships with clients and acting as a point of escalation for client teams, ensuring that work is delivered to standard and on time.
  • You'll lead and mentor others across the practice helping to grow capability and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Strong all-round SEO knowledge and 4+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrable success in optimising SEO strategies through automation, processes and technology adoption/development.
  • A good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together.
  • A confident, dynamic and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
  • Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you.
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated.
  • High level of commercial awareness.
