Lead and oversee all sales activities within the assigned region
Drive revenue growth by strengthening existing accounts and developing new business
Coach, develop, and motivate direct reports through regular feedback, one-on-one sessions, and field coaching
Conduct disciplined pipeline reviews and forecasting to ensure accurate planning and accountability
Ensure consistent execution of sales processes, CRM compliance, and account management best practices
Act as the key interface between headquarters and the field organization
Support strategic account objectives and align regional activities with company priorities
Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Academic background in life sciences, pharmaceutical business, biotechnology, or a related field
5+ years of professional experience in sales or sales management, preferably in a life sciences environment
Proven track record in managing a sales pipeline end-to-end, from lead identification to deal closure
Solid understanding of drug development processes and customer needs in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing sales talent
Excellent analytical, forecasting, and decision-making capabilities
Fluent in English; proficiency in the local language of the assigned territory is required
