Associate Director, People in Deals - Centre of Excellence

KPMG is seeking an Associate Director to lead People in Deals within the Centre of Excellence in London. You will steer HR due diligence, organisational design and post deal integration for global M&A engagements.

You will lead cross functional teams, manage client relationships at senior levels, and shape people strategies across synergies, transitions and HR operations in a fast paced, high impact environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.
