Job Description
  • Develop and implement business development strategies for the litigation practice areas.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to identify and pursue new client opportunities.
  • Lead the preparation of pitches, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to support retention and growth.
  • Coordinate with the marketing & agency team to align business development strategies with overall firm goals.
  • Track and report on business development activities and outcomes to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures in marketing and business development activities.
  • Manage direct reports within business development team.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Director of BD - Litigation should have:

  • 10+ years of proven expertise in business development within legal and professional services
  • Strong knowledge of litigation practices and related market trends.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a marketing and agency environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Direct people management experience.
