Job Description

A leading global advisory firm is expanding its infrastructure advisory team in Dublin and is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director.

This is a senior opportunity for an infrastructure professional with a strong track record across business development, transaction execution, project finance and client relationship management.

The Role
  • Lead and manage complex infrastructure advisory and financing assignments from origination of mandates through to execution
  • Develop and maintain senior relationships with clients, investors, lenders, governments and other stakeholders
  • Originate new mandates and identify opportunities across Irish, European and international infrastructure markets
  • Lead business development initiatives across sectors including transport, logistics, social infrastructure, data centres, renewable energy, and natural resources
  • Structure and execute debt and equity transactions, ensuring optimal capital structures
  • Oversee financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and investment appraisal
  • Advise clients on infrastructure finance, investment strategy and project structuring
  • Review and develop information memoranda, investor presentations, proposals and strategic growth plans
  • Negotiate with lenders, investors, public-sector stakeholders and other transaction parties
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure high-quality project delivery
  • Mentor and develop junior team members while contributing to the growth of the wider advisory practice
What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in business origination (particularly across Eastern Europe), transaction execution and client relationship management
  • 15-20 years' relevant experience within infrastructure development, investment or advisory
  • Strong experience in project finance and capital markets
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation and debt/equity structuring capabilities
  • Sector expertise in one or more of transport, logistics, social infrastructure and/or natural resources
  • Strong commercial acumen and an established network across the infrastructure market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience working across multicultural and multidisciplinary environments
  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, are advantageous
  • Additional language skills are highly desirable
