Associate Director, FP&A Planning Excellence & Governance

Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director, Financial Planning Excellence & Governance to establish a mature Planning Excellence capability within FP&A Operations. This 12-month fixed-term leadership assignment focuses on capability building, governance, and an operating model to scale Global Finance.

You will lead forecasting standards, budgeting cadence, and actuals alignment across OPEX and CAPEX, building future leaders and sustaining the function beyond the assignment.
