My Client is recruiting for an Associate Director Electrical Engineering in the Water Sector.

Responsibilities

• Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and ensuring high quality.
• Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
• Manage time and budgets to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Set quality assurance standards in design.
• Develop and manage electrical engineering capabilities within the practice.

Experience and Qualifications

• Chartered Electrical Engineer.
• Electrical Engineering Degree (or equivalent).
• Water Sector Experience.
• Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
• Knowledge of electrical systems (LV and HV), motor control, electrical installations, HAZOP, DSEAR/ATEX, SLD/BCD production, earthing, and bonding, with familiarity with UK standards.
