Bring your skills to the mix as an Associate Director in Clean Water Process Engineering. You'll play a vital role in business development and process engineering on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.

We specialize in all aspects of process engineering within the water sector. We provide industry-leading process engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, with value added through client-side support and during construction phases. Your Purpose
  • Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and codes, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
  • Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones and programmes.
  • Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Set quality assurance standards in design.
  • Grow, develop, and manage process engineering capabilities within the practice.
What you can bring:
  • Chartered Process Engineer.
  • Experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in drinking water treatment processes and principles, including conventional and advanced treatment technologies.
  • Willingness to lead, contribute, and develop technical knowledge networks.
