We are looking to recruit for our Leicester office, with the expectation of travel to suit project requirements across any of our four offices.

Applicants are required to have:
  • 10 years of industry experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects, preferably with schools, industrial or residential experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of all the RIBA work stages
  • A keen interest in high levels of design and detail
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
  • ArchiCad experience beneficial but not essential as CAD / BIM support and training will be provided
Key responsibilities
  • Leading multidisciplinary project teams from concept through to completion
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
  • Have strategic input into the wider direction of the office and practice
  • Review, produce, and coordinate high quality technical design information across all RIBA Work Stages
  • Conduct site visits and represent the studio externally, promoting its vision and values within the industry.
  • Act as a key client liaison. Managing and fostering strong, productive relationships with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities
  • Apply a practical, problem solving approach to complex design challenges
  • Travel to project sites across the UK as required
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours)
