• Business development and identifying new business opportunities
• Lead the bidding, winning, and delivery of projects, ensuring professional standards are upheld
• Promote a client-focused, collaborative, and problem-solving culture
• Enhance internal operational systems and knowledge base
• Manage staffing requirements across all offices
• Direct design processes to achieve excellence in design
• Lead tendering processes and manage projects from inception to completion
