Job Title: Associate Director - Quantitative and Mixed Methods Research
Location: Hertfordshire-based office, hybrid
Salary: £55,000-£65,000 + Benefits
About the Role
We are working with an award-winning independent agency known for turning insight into action. As an Associate Director, you will lead strategic, ad hoc quantitative and mixed methods research projects for some of the UK's most exciting brands in the consumer space.
You will manage everything from advanced segmentation and maxdiff analysis to story-led reporting that inspires change. You will also grow client accounts, lead proposals and pitches, and guide your team to deliver high-quality work at pace.
