Role and Reporting Lines

Working closely with senior leadership, you will be involved in:

• Managing Corporate Finance and M&A transactions
• Working directly with business owners, management teams and investors
• Preparing financial analysis, valuations and financial models
• Managing multiple transaction workstreams and advisers
• Preparing and presenting transaction materials
• Supporting junior team members and wider business development
