You will play a key role in the design and delivery of residential, hospitality, and mixed use spaces, supporting senior designers and taking ownership of specific project elements. A strong understanding of both contemporary and vintage furniture, with an eye for timeless design, is important. You'll assist with drawing packages, FF&E development, and material sourcing, ensuring accuracy and design integrity throughout.

The Candidate- Lead high end residential, hospitality, and mixed use projects across multiple RIBA stages, driving design quality and delivery.
- Take ownership of concept presentations, engaging confidently with clients, suppliers, makers, and finish specialists to ensure design intent.
- Mentor and support junior team members, managing studio resources to optimise workflow and project efficiency.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of interiors and architecture throughout project phases.
- Monitor budgets and timelines, proactively managing risks to deliver projects on time and within studio standards.
