An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed dental practice in a unique role designed around new patient growth and private conversion rather than heavy NHS target pressure. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building long term patient relationships, developing trust organically, and gradually growing a profitable private patient base within a supportive and well structured environment. Unlike many mixed roles, this opportunity prioritises quality dentistry, patient retention, and long term development over aggressive UDA expectations.

Remuneration
  • £13 per UDA
  • 50% private split
  • 50/50 lab fees

  • NHS Performer Number required
