MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Upton-upon-Severn, Worcestershire to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Information:

• Permanent Associate Dentist role.
• Available from July/August 2026.
• Notice periods are taken into consideration.
• Part time position, 3-4 days per week.
• Surgery space Tuesday to Friday 8.30-5.30pm.
• Position available due to a relocating Associate.
• Belongs to an independently owned practice.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Flexible UDA allocation paid at £14 per UDA.
• 50% split on Private revenue.
• Dentist will inherit a very established list of patients.
• Stable NHS patients with huge scope for Private.
• Affluent area with good conversation rates for Private.
• Opportunity for mentorship in Implants from visiting Implantologist.

• 4 surgery dental practice.
• Stable of Associates plus 2 x Principals already in situ.
• Support from a Hygienist.
• Computerised with SOE dental software.
• Onsite iTero Scanner.
• Rotary Endo and Digital X-Rays in surgeries.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Commutable from Worcester, Gloucester and Malvern.

Essential Requirements:

• GDC Registered Dentist
• NHS Performer Number
• Enhanced DBS Certification
