Associate, Data Advisory & Optimisation

We're looking for a Data Support Specialist to join our Wealth Management Europe team in Jersey.

Working within our dynamic team, you'll support a range of data-related activities:

• Support CRM initiatives, manage queries, and handle reporting and access requests
• Work with our 5Series data platform-querying data, creating, and enhancing dashboards, and maintaining data accuracy
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications and support process improvements
• Contribute to strategic initiatives by helping execute action plans and monitoring progress
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Support the design, testing, and rollout of new functionality
• Document progress, track actions in JIRA, and communicate updates to stakeholders
