What Is the Opportunity?

Working as part of the Claim Operations team, you will assist the Claims function by providing high-level transactional and partial claim support. You will ensure that all operational activities are delivered in line with our service standards and best practices.

What Will You Do?

  • Carry out administrative tasks, partial claim handling, including invoice approval, minor claim adjudication, dispute resolution, and vendor activity coordination.
  • Assist with MI and analytics, financial control, assessment, monitoring, and validation, following team best practices.
  • Support Claim teams across multiple locations in Europe to ensure operational resilience.
  • Meet or exceed service expectations of internal and external customers.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, partners, customers, and agents to achieve organizational goals.
  • Communicate actions clearly with managers and colleagues to understand impacts across disciplines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Act ethically at all times, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through necessary training and certifications.
  • Maintain records of all transactions with customers, brokers, and other parties, ensuring fair treatment.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • Relevant experience in a general insurance claims department or support role.
  • Knowledge of I90, Openbox, Lloyds claims systems preferred.
  • Experience with data entry processes preferred.
  • Basic customer relationship skills.
  • Intermediate communication skills.
  • Willingness to meet local regulatory requirements, such as the Minimum Competency Requirements in Ireland or CII studies in the UK.

  • GCSE or equivalent education or relevant experience in claims support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
