Job Description

Kennedys is seeking a motivated Associate to join our respected Catastrophic Injury team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive and efficient support in investigating and managing high-value cases for a diverse range of external clients.

You will be part of a top-ranked team, working directly under our renowned Partner, Stephen Foster. Your responsibilities will include handling and assisting with a variety of complex motor, EL/PL and sport related concussion claims, including those that are sensitive and have garnered national media attention.

Required experience
  • 2+ years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience
  • Litigation experience of catastrophic injury defence work

  • Experience of negotiation
