An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly driven leader to join our Central School Improvement Team to support school leaders in raising standards across schools in our Trust. The Trustees are seeking to appoint an Associate Assistant Headteacher who will provide school improvement support, including the following:
- Raising standards in quality first teaching through planning and implementation support, including modelling highly effective practice
- Support in effective curriculum design and implementation
- Developing Trust Wide approaches to highly effective provision and practice
- Auditing provision and developing precise action planning to support need
- Developing subject and middle leaders
