Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Associate Architectural Technologist to join our Dublin Office. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and a passion for high quality detailing. You will take a leading role in the detailed design and construction phases of our projects, ensuring full compliance with all relevant Building and Statutory Regulations.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Capable of managing both small and large scale projects with the support of the Associate Architect Director or Director
  • Prepare and coordinate statutory submissions, tender documentation, detailed drawings, schedules, specifications, and construction packages
  • Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and specialist teams
  • Collaborate with engineers and other design professionals to ensure cohesive project development
  • Can lead a team effectively through all work stages with an emphasis on technical know how and innovation, and effectively deliver instructions to the team
  • Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout all project stages
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and address technical queries as they arise
  • Support and mentor junior team members as part of their professional development
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
  • 6 12 years of professional experience, including proven delivery of medium to large scale residential projects in Ireland
  • RIAI Architectural Technologist Member, or equivalent recognised European qualification
  • Strong working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and their practical application
  • Exceptional attention to detail across both design and construction phases
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit
  • Proactive, solution oriented mindset with strong problem solving abilities
  • Beneficial to have strong leadership skills and previous experience of managing a team
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland
