Description

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Land acquisitions for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use developments
• Landlord and tenant matters, including lease grants, renewals and terminations
• Property development transactions
• Joint venture arrangements
• Conditional sale and purchase agreements
• Options and promotion agreements
• Auction transactions and portfolio management work

Profile

• Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE in Commercial Property/Real Estate
• Experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions
• Strong technical knowledge of acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development work
• Commercially aware with the ability to provide practical, client-focused advice
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident managing client matters and taking ownership of transactions
• Proactive, organised and capable of managing competing priorities
• Strong academic background, ideally with a 2:1 degree or equivalent

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
