Away Resorts is looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to help lead a team at our Tattershall Lakes resort. You'll assist in steering daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring service excellence and financial performance, while upholding health and safety standards.

You will empower Team Leaders, manage stock and costs, and coach colleagues to deliver memorable guest experiences and outstanding hospitality across our Holiday Villages.
