The RoleAs Assistant Studio Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day success of the studio. Your responsibilities will focus on membership sales, community engagement, FS8 member experience, and studio operations, alongside delivering 4 to 8 hours of Reformer Pilates coaching each week.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Membership Growth- Drive membership sales through lead generation, consultations, studio tours, and follow-up activity.
- Convert enquiries into long-term members through exceptional customer engagement.
- Manage and nurture leads through the CRM system to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Develop and support initiatives that strengthen member relationships and increase retention.
- Build a welcoming and inclusive community both within the studio and across digital channels.
- Establish local partnerships and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness.
- Act as the face of the studio, delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction.
- Create a positive, energetic, and professional environment for members and guests.
- Ensure the studio consistently delivers a premium experience.
- Support local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Manage incoming enquiries, studio communications, and administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support the smooth running of studio operations.
- Deliver safe, engaging, and motivating Reformer Pilates classes.
- Adapt sessions to accommodate varying fitness levels and individual needs.
- Inspire members to achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor.
- Previous experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or a customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Passionate about sales, community building, and member retention.
- Organised and confident managing administrative tasks and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
