About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with the day to day operations of our boutique. This is a hands on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in luxury retail, a keen eye for fashion, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll do

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, team management, and visual merchandising
• Lead by example to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
• Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships
• Assist in managing, motivating, and developing the sales team
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Ensure the store is fully stocked and efficiently managed
• Oversee and support point of sale processes
• Actively participate in receiving and managing new shipments
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, trends, and brand information
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
