Job Description

Responsibilities

Support of store manager on a day to day basis
Ensuring the store delivers premium customer service
Maintaining the upkeep of the store with regards to health & safety / regulation paperwork
Management & motivation of a retail team
Staff recruitment & development
Driving sales to target
Understanding, analysis and development of store KPI's
Store merchandising including changeover of seasons and promotions
Managing stockloss and completing inventories
Maintaining high standards of good housekeeping
Receipt of deliveries
