Domino's is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Oxford Headington store. You will support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality and team performance. You'll lead by example, motivate the team and help drive store success.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, managing costs, recruitment, training and ensuring health & safety compliance. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.
